I was building my first custom PC a few days ago and ran into a major problem. I began shopping for everything at the end of November and made the mistake of ordering an ATX power supply instead of an SFX one, the day came to build my PC with the help of my brother in law when I realized what I'd done. Last minute I tried to find a power supply locally and could not. I reached out to Up North Computers on a Saturday night and they told me they didn't sell any. They called me back a few minutes later to let me know they had made some calls and pulled some strings and could sell me one that they had on hold for another customer. They went out of their way to help me and I can't thank them enough for that. I've heard great things about this business and I'll definitely be back when I need any computer related help, they have knowledgeable staff and great customer service skills that are hard to find

Had my laptop worked on by them a month ago- I forgot to leave a review for that but my laptops performance far exceeded my expectations and the staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable - everyone was willing to help. Tonight I had an important meeting but my laptop wouldn't tirn on. I called them 30 minutes before closing and they told me to just come in even if it was after closing and they would help me figure it out. Got there and they were so accommodating and again, very knowledgeable and led with compassion and understanding. Got me figured out right away. Turned out to be the AC adapter.
