Decided to search online and found usalanyards as they're one of top searches when you're looking for identification supplies. They are also local to me and offer free will call option. The website was very simple to use and customer service was great. They're currently running a special sale for custom lanyards. I gotta tell you that the ordering process couldn't have been more simple..

Once I submitted my order online, they got back to me with a digital proof in about half an hour. I made some minor changes and it was almost an instant response. They offer multiple free revisions without additional charges like other companies that I inquired with. Once my order was completed, they gave me an estimate delivery date and I was so surprised that it arrived much earlier than expected.

I will continue to use this company for all my future events.

Needed lanyards and badge holders for a large company event and needed them quickly. Found usalanyards on google and didn't know what to expect because I have never heard of them. Boy was I glad I found them because they had a large inventory and was able to meet my needs right away. I needed an assortment of colors and they had it all in stock and in large quantities. And the most important thing, their prices were way cheaper than other companies I searched. They are also local so I was able to pick my order up and save on shipping. This company quoted me for custom lanyards. I was quoted via email and then could not get in touch with my salesperson for two weeks and no one else would help me. When I finally got in touch with him he said he had made an error on my quote and it would actually be an additional $240. They would not stand by their original quote and when I asked to speak to a supervisor he said that he didn't have a supervisor and that the owner would not take calls. Bad company and service.
