Fantastic, small, local owned tavern with great food and drinks. The burgers were great! The pita and hummus was good too! Very small but really delicious food and great service. They sat my family of 5 quickly and food came out quick!

I love visiting Irish pubs, especially those that have such a rich history, like the White Horse Tavern. When entering, you are greeted so warmly by the staff, and the overall atmosphere of the bar is very inviting.

Since I now work in the area, I stopped in just for a quick bite and drink, so I just ordered a Dark and Stormy, a Chicken Quesadilla, and the Onion Rings. Everything was really good and the prices here are very decent for this area. They have a good-sized food and drinks menu and plenty of seating on multiple floors. My server, who I unfortunately didn't get her name, was so nice and very attentive throughout my meal.

I will definitely make it a point to come back again in the near future for food and drinks.

Hidden gem near battery park! Only peopl who knows come here. Amazing vibe, kind service, great quality and quantity of food and the price is unbeatable in this area, especially weekly lunch menus.

They have really great lunch menu for burger, sandwich and platter that you can choose 2 sides from for 10$. And various drinks such as beers & cocktail to choose from. Highly recommended!

Worth your time if you're in Financial District: excellent food, good service & pretty good prices. A lunch for 2 with 3 beers was about $45.
Tried: pot roast (excellent), knockwurst & sauerkraut (very good) paired with local draft Beer.

P.S. if you're visiting in Winter - Fall, go for house special: PBR & shot combo for $5.

PPS. This place has a music jukebox with access via cell - we had great time playing it. The cost is less than $1 for a song.

Cozy spot in the financial district! The prices are pretty decent, it's your standard Irish pub kind of bar, and the staff and bartenders are very attentive and kind. I went at night time with a few coworkers who were in town (around 10ish) and the bar wasn't crowded on a weekday, but you can tell who were regulars there.

I did not get a chance to try their food, but I do want to go back and give some of it a good try. Overall, happy I went out for more drink drinks with my coworkers. The bar is very conveniently located on the next block past the Hilton Doubletree, where we were all staying for the night.
