I cannot recommend John and his company more highly. We had a glorious hike to the top of Half Dome under the leadership of John and his colleague guide, Erin. Ever guiding and instructing us, John made this feel like a walk in the park... which it was. We met his objective for the day--returning us all safely to the starting point--and we had an awe-inspiring trip doing it. Our group, Team Glorious, gelled beautifully. My climbing colleagues were an integral part of the experience. Go for it, no matter your age (I am 67). Train, for sure . Then sign up with John and crew to have an adventure!

We had the trip of a life time. John took us up Kilimanjaro in Tansania, Africa. The resorts we stayed at before and after the hike were so awesome. We had porters to help us all the way up. Our whole group successfully summited the mountain. I couldn't have asked for anything more out of the trip

I can’t remember how I found John or YExplore but I am glad that I did. I signed my family up for a hike and then someone was on the fence so we canceled but after chatting with John we decided to do it. He was flexible with the time and Emily, who ended up being our guide, was supportive and encouraging. She adapted to our needs and made sure that everyone was comfortable with the pace that she set. Yosemite is spectacular and Emily made sure we had a hike that we won’t soon forget.
